The Vision Gap Workshop

Purpose

This fast, focused workshop reveals what’s missing from your current game vision. It’s not about fixing your vision and making it more accurate, but rather it’s about helping the team see the gaps.

Process

This is a 1-2 hour workshop.

We will start by discussing your current vision, then mapping it against Vision 1/2/4, an accurate mental model of game vision.

Outcome

Your team will walk away with an understanding of:

1. What is absent in their current vision.

2. What is of low accuracy in their current vision, i.e. it’s expressed, but not at sufficient accuracy.

Both of these outcomes raise awareness in the team of how they can improve the precision of their game’s vision.

Who Should Attend?

Up to a maximum of 15 people from a team can take part.
