Measuring Game Vision Alignment
The Measuring Game Vision Alignment workshop is a fast and reliable way to determine if each person on a team is interpreting their game’s vision in the same way.
Having a single shared vision is a leading indicator of team success, but there was no prior method to actually check this. I created the Game Vision Alignment Check to meet this need.
How this helps teams: This workshop is useful if your team thinks they are aligned on a vision, but you want to check if that’s actually true.

Mastering Game Vision
The Mastering Game Vision workshop introduces Vision 1/2/4, a more accurate mental model of game vision to align teams on a single shared vision.
Vision 1/2/4 is based on my research at The London School of Economics (LSE), it shows how to improve the accuracy of game vision based on an understanding of shared mental models.
How this helps teams: This workshop is useful if your team want to articulate a more accurate game vision.
